Is there any difference in speeds when using either WBFS, FAT32 or NTFS? I was using WBFS previously, but FAT32 seem slightly faster to me.

wbfs is mucho faster for loaders initial startup. once your loader has started up, the only difference in speed you should really see is when it is getting the list of all the games. if you are using a cIOS and loader that uses the frag list, then while you're playing you games, every filesystem wil be the same. since the IOS is reading the data based on the fraglist and not going through any filesystem. th only exception there is if you have a really heavily fragmented game and a really slow HDD. then you MIGHT notice it taking longer to load as you walk through doors and stuff.
