Wait... The Wii U has a loud fan? i had mine since launch and bruh's quieter than a Youtuber after grooming allegations.
Yep totally agree had my WiiU since the first day they came out. Use it nearly every day and have never once heard the fan make a noise of any sort.

I've just spewed my coffee :rofl2:

To OP: I've never heard my Wii U's fan make any noise. Maybe your fan is faulty? Maybe you need to clean it and change the thermal pads? (I don't know if the Wii U uses thermal paste like the Switch, or thermal pads like the original Wii...)

Well its just loud at startup and i kinda just wanna do any hardware mod on my wii u cause its kinda bland and i cant do a plexi glass mod or rgb strip

The fan is a little nonstandard. Besides GND it has a constant 5V supply and one signal to make it slower in eco mode. It has no tacho signal. So if you hook up another fan make sure to only connect the 5V and GND and not the tacho signal or you might break something.
That will also make it run full speed in eco mode

Only when it's really cold my Wii U decides to do some very weird sounds at startup, but usually it's normal, maybe that's what's causing it
It's probably the disc drive which you hear on startup

Do you think if i soldered the actual noctua blade to the old connector and put it in the old bearing in the wii us fan cause i think noctua has that size

I was about to say the same, the disc drive always checks for a disc on startup so it will make sound.
I think people forget how noisy optical drives are. Kinda glad to be mostly rid of them nowadays.
