This looks strange. The R4 logo says: R4i? 1.57.... Never heard of that one. You might want to check linfoxdomain (google it). It has a list with numerous software. Look for r4, then your company.

today i got a reply on my mail that i did send the store i bought the card from, they did write:
HI!
All our card are real and not fake they are from r4i.cn
all the other cards are fake, examples of copies is R4i Gold, R4 in red packaging, etc.


Is that right o are they just stupid??

Stores will gladly lie to you to get you to buy their shitty carts.

Wow, sorry to hear this happened to you. Not to push more stuff to buy on you, but your best bet would be to forget about that piece of crap card you have, and buy a legitimate one from r4ds-ds.com. Its got free shipping, plus its only $5.95. (Link here) Out of curiosity, what is the site's URL you purchased off of? I'd like to warn others about this useless card. Also, does anyone know if his model would be compatible with WoodR4? That could maybe work.

Pretty much any clone that deviates from the official hardware will not run wood.

His R4 was one modified for the DSi and more, so that original R4 (which won't work on a DSi/XL) is probably not for him.

I have the exact same R4i, it gives me problems , but it works.
I cannot play any of the new games such as golden sun dd any way to fix this?

sorry if i have given other ibnformation but iam usin a DSLite.. the reason i bought that card was because the shop manager told me that it was the best game flash card they had..

Actually, it looks real.

But.

The original R4's site was r4ds.cn, nor r4ds-ds.com

You can no longer purchase a real, genuine R4, although you can buy perfect 1:1 clones, i.e. they can run Wood firmwares

Try a DS2 or an Ak2i
