Hi guys, I'm having trouble creating NNID on a jap 8.1 new 3ds. I tried formating sysnand and the 9.4 emunand, but they all said a system update is required in order to create an NNID. I was able to create one on my US NEW 3ds xl 9.0 Emunand without any issue. I would really appreciate your help. Thanks.
