Hacking F Card Flashing

Hi,

I have been trying for nearly 2 days now to get my card working. It is a F- card with Fire reader slot 1 only so no slot 2 cart. My question is how do I flash this card as I am forever getting the Error :open xmenu.dat error no matter what I do I have tried everything other than re-flashing the card because I dont know how to do this

Please can somebody give the idiots guide to this before I turn completely insane
