Hacking EZFlash 3 in 1 question

I'm looking at buying a ezflash card for use on my gba, and I'm leaning towards the 3-in-1 due to it's cheapness, but I really want to play the english translation of mother 3 on my gba, would the 3-in-1 handle that? I tried looking around for a EFA Linker, but I had no luck.

Playing mother 3, that depends on where you got your rom.
