    Hi there!

I have an old EZ II Flashcard and want to use it again, but my PC has ubuntu installed.

Is there any software client I can use, or I must only use Windows?

Your stuck with windows software. EZ-Flash has only windows drivers. You can try wine to see if you can get it to work.

You can get the software and drivers here:

EZClient 3.25 is what you need

Download Virtualbox - it's a free Virtual Machine client. You can use the package handler in Ubuntu to get it quickest. I have it on mine with a trimmed copy of XP installed in the VM, for the couple of things I cannot run or find alternatives to.

The other option, does the EZ software run through Wine?

It depends if you configed wine to allow drivers access to the hardware or not.
