Ez Flash Omega and Jr problems and concerns of authenticity

I bought from Retro game repair shop a omega and jr the boxes don’t have white text saying for gane boy ds ds lite sd sdhc the omega is in the wrong shell the clear red shell that I bought with it is defective one of the notches that lock the cart together is deformed and the shell cannot close anywhere near flush and is unusable and I posted on Reddit and people say the jr commonly comes without the sticker applied to it which I found odd too when I unpackaged it I think I got a reform shell on my omega

Sounds weird. Retro Game Repair Shop is a good shop, I don't think they would be selling fakes. Have you tried contacting their support?
