There are a few around but it is the same as the EZ4 but with a 256MBit PSRAM section (as large as the largest GBA games available and is presently the only way to use the official browser (homebrew browsers are generally considered better here though)) and a 384 (256+128) Mbit NOR section which can be used for GBA games (the original EZ4/EZ4 lite has a 256 Mbit NOR section) and fits in the DS lite GBA slot perfectly.

Software and loaders are the same as any other EZ4 (pretty much perfect GBA compatibility and damn good DS compatibility).

At g4med4d if you mean the EZ4 lite the read above.

If you mean the EZ5 plus then it is more or less the same as the EZ5 but with SDHC capabilities.
