Hardware EZ flash IV or 3-in-1?

I've been thinking about getting a slot-2 flashcard, and I can't decide which one to get.

Price is an issue here.

I want to use them mostly for playing GBA games.

And BTW, is rumble a good thing?

Also, if you can recommend any other carts, go ahead.

Before you ask, I've already read all of the reviews.
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

P.S: I already have a slot-1 card, the AK2.

Well, to play GBA on an EZFlash IV you need to get the Deluxe version, which I believe is way more expensive than the EZ 3 in 1. Only get the EZFlash IV if you want GBA support AND MORE NDS support. The 3 in 1 is perfectly fine.
