Hacking EZ flash IV file system error help!

So I just picked this sucker up a week ago, and it has been working swimmingly.

But I turned it on today and got (error sector 0 data 0) and (Fat File system error)
I am using a mini SD adaptor. I reformatted my Micro SD and even bought a new Micro SD, but get the error with both cards.

What could be the issue?
Should I reinstall the EZ KERNEL? Or is this an SD problem?

I am using a kernel that is compatible with the Boktai games (some kernels seem to not like the games) and uses a Boktai splash image/Icons if anyone knows that one specifically.

Oh and I formatted the micro SD cards with Fat, and not Fat 32. Is that the problem?

Can you try using an actual MiniSD card? In most of the cases the adapter is the cause of errors on an EZ.

fat is ok. i think this card doesnt support fat32. and note, it will only work with normal SD cards (up to 2 GB) it doesn't work with SDHC

make sure the adapter is working with no issue, some adapters caused problems... i had bought mine eziv in january and i bough a mini SD card for 1 buck (512 MB)

i do think its the adapter you are using... try to get a better one if you can't buy a mini sd...
