On 1st July new spanish law forbidding flashcart sale will apply.

Maybe that's the reason chollomedia.es is selling them for just 25€. Credit card payment accepted and worlwide shipping.

Get them now before July or it will be too late.

damn i am sold... glad i can't purchase because am broke, or i would end up hoarding cards, its a really nice deal..

they had dstwo in stock, but now they are sold out... kinda weird, since they are overpriced, unless they had really low stock and someone just grabbed the rest...

anyway @160R can you tell more about that law in detail and what happened?

Well I read it at elotrolado.net some time ago but is now 1st July when new law applies.

Quoting law:

“Será castigado también con una pena de prisión de seis meses a tres años quien, con una finalidad comercial, fabrique, importe, ponga en circulación o tenga cualquier medio principalmente concebido, producido, adaptado o realizado para facilitar la supresión no autorizada o la neutralización de cualquier dispositivo técnico que se haya utilizado para proteger programas de ordenador o cualquiera de las otras obras, interpretaciones o ejecuciones en los términos previstos en el apartado 1 de este artículo.”( 270.4)

Something like whoever modifies or sells stuff which main purpose is to modify a console or system, will go to prision from 6 months to 3 years.

So now, in Spain a seller can't say a flashcart or whatever is useful for other legal purposes like playing multimedia, create and run homebrew or freeware/open software. If you can play commercial games with it, then you are selling illegal stuff so go to prision for up to 3 years.

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
