Extraction Tool for PlayStation 3 .dat & .sdat files

Hi, is there by anychance a decrypt/extraction tool that could do .dat and .sdat files? more specifically for a game called Suigetsu 2 (水月 弐 in japanese) cuz the game's files for the PS3 version of it is very different than what the PC version uses instead.
