Hey lads, so my O3DS broke (sd card slot), and I want recover my save files from my emuNAND, how can I do it? I'm (hopefully) going to get a N3DS later this month, so maybe I could use the emuNAND there?

You can't transfer emuNAND partitions but you should try and fix/replace your SD card slot so you can use savedatafiler to export your save files then use savedatafiler on your N3DS to re-import them

I'm not sure theres a way to do it without access to your old 3DS, sorry pal

Ya, I'm afraid your going to be out of luck without access to the old 3DS. The saves on that emunand would be encrypted to that 3DS so you would need SDF to extract them for use on another 3DS

The SD board on a 3DS is a fairly simple replacement. They are cheap to. Maybe you should look in to that?
