I didn't follow the thread so i don't know what is your goal.

If your goal is to modify / change the sprites then you need to use Crystal Tile but you need to puzzle the pieces together yourself and you don't have any reference to what animation it is used.

If your goal is just to extract the single sprites or to make an animated gif with it, then console tool is better because it does everything for you.

Your girl on Crystal tool:

And your girl on Console tool:

and you can get it from:
http://llref.emutalk.net/
be sure to check the documentation on NCGR/NCER/etc.. there too.

Anyway you will need this
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=AIE3WHA2

what jjjewel said but correcting his error (28hex = 40dec).

@jjjewel: i correct what you said (apart the little error above
tongue.gif
):
...find another game with NCLR at 4bpp and ...
or you need to correct 3 sizes and the color deep in the header
smile.gif

I made the header by myself heheh.

Hi, as you have been saying Tinke had an error with NCER files, but now I have fixed it, here is the updated version:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3981393/Tinke/Tinke%20rev91.zip

As the palette is not NCLR file, after you have imported the new images, you must change the palette, select the file, click on the button "View", put the value 4 in "Start byte" and then click on the button "Import". To import new images in the NCER control, you need to export the image to modify before, then you can edit it in your graphic tool and as this image is 4bpp you must save the new bmp file as 4bpp (16 colours).
