Homebrew every cfw just boots me back to homebrew launcher after opening them

i have tried litterally almost even recent tutorial for cfw and i follow what they say and every cfw(pasta,cakesfw,rxtools,emunand9,reinand) just boots me back to homebrew launcher after opening them
on my new 3ds downgraded from 10.3 to 9.2

Listen Carefully: First have emunand, to unlink simply format your console WITH the sd taken out and , after that simply load emunand back and there

Use the gateway menu to install it by pushing the FORMAT EMUNAND button, warning: it formats the sd card so make a backup up of it! After doing that, put your backup files back and simply load the gw emunand with any cfw

ive tried that but for some reason go.gateway-3ds never launched for me on my 3ds

It doesn't work on new 3ds btw so you need to use there New Gateway menu in 3dsx Format

EDIT: What I meant was that browser exploit doesn't work with gw if you have a n3ds
