Hacking europe Wii U not able to play super mario sluggers or crash of titans

is there a way around this? other USA wiiVC injects work on my hacked wii u but these 2 don't unless ive downloaded bad roms of them. has anyone else managed to get them working on a europe wii u

when i CBH my wii u this will make it region free is that right?
