PS1/2 ESR disc patcher help

Ok so i downloaded the esr disc patcher gui v .24a and when it opens and asks me to select an iso to patch the isos dont show up. Its hard to explain, i suppose, but basically it will open, but i cant even drag/drop isos to it, absolutely nothing happens. what am i doing wrong?

There's a "Patch" and "UnPatch" button on the bottom of the window.
