Hacking Errors while starting Games

so i got my Wii U working with Mocha CFW but when i try to start a game installed via the wupstaller i get one of the 2 errors: USB device is not getting enough power(Im using a external hard drive with a y cable) or this weird error 1266 where i get no message about whats going on and cant find anything on the internet...
anyway after i restart the console 1-2 times everything works fine i can run games close them run different games everything without errors...

does someone know what is happening and how can i fix it?
