Homebrew Error inyecting FBI

I followed Plailect's guide, but when it comes time to inject the FBI, it gives me an error and will not let me do it.
What should I do?
I though of OOTHax 11.4, but there are not the powersave files of version 11.4E

I know the problem. You're most likely missing the aeskeydb.bin in the files9 folder
