Hacking error code 2144-0001 SXOS 2.9.5 beta or 2.9.2

I just update through switch to beta 2.9.5. after rebooting it says .dat missing. I have manually put it on the sd card and it loads until you click on the album folder. Then get the 2144-0001 error each time.
Every time it does this the boot.bin file gets deleted. I have tried the 2.9.2 again and re downloaded each payload and tried again. Also scanned sd card for errors which it fixed but even now after saying it doesnt need repaired still getting this error.

Strange, but you could test card with H2testw or similar stuff, I have not tested CFW yet, but some kind of similar problem I noticed on older SX OS version, but this was caused by OSX.

The games still work but anytime i go to the album section the whole thing crashes back to this error and deletes the boot.dat off the card. So im guessing its an sxos problem? i tried H2testw but its a 400gb card and it only checks a little of it. And just looking around at save data i did find a save section under the nintendo folder showing saves from 4/25/20 which is tomorrow for some reason so not sure whats up with that either

do you have an old version (<1.40) of sx autoloader in your sxos/titles directory?
if so update it to 1.40

I recommend you take full scan, I always do this when I buy sd card. Trust me now fakes are very good done. I have 512 card and i left card resting for few hours to make it sure. H2testw writes files to card and after that mąkę a veryfy, because cards have spoofed microcontroller that shows faked capacity. Veryfying part is important because if your card is fake writing files to specific capacity is ok, but beyond that it overwrites begining files makes them corrupted, H2testw will find if duch think happen.

Also you could try any other card with Switch if it also have problem with booting cfw.

I have had this card for a few years and i bought it in person at Best Buy. I did use an old card that was 64 gb and sxos worked again. So i updates to firmware 10.0.1 with the working card... I then deleted almost everything off the 400gb card in the switch section. I think it had something to do with tinfoil being corrupted? I also copied the license request and license.dat off the working card and then sxos worked again. I updated it to 2.9.5 and it still works.

yes tried that and get same thing. It did work for a few days and then while accessing cheats during a game it has gone back to doing this. When this happens it wipes out all files that aren't in folders no matter what they are. .dat, nro they are all deleted.

I’m having the same issue after updating sxos to 3.0.3 beta and the official firmware to 10.0.4, any ideas on how to fix this, I haven’t changed anything else and have tried downloading the boot.dat file again. Have multiple sd cards in use and have the boot.dat error message with all of them as well as the 2144-0001 error.

Same problem with me. Currently in SX OS 3.0.4 with OS 10.0.4. The error has appeared since version 2.9 and on 1 Samsung Evo 512 Gb SD card + a new one. The error 2144-0001 appears unexpectedly: in game, out of game and / or restarting from standby. Sometimes, even when the switch is completely restarted, the boot.dat does not even load. We should try to warn the Team Xecuter of this problem as I am convinced that it is not a simple error like a bad or corrupted SD card.
