Hacking Homebrew Error Code 199-9999 fix?

While I was trying to load USB Loader GX I get this error code and now when my external drive is plugged in, none of my games will work cause of this error.

Thank you , I have since gotten past the error code. but I did try replacing the sigpatch and that didn't work .
Is there a specific sigpatch that I was missing?
