Hacking Error-Code: 160-0103 Health and Safety Black Screen

Hello guys,
I just bought a second hand Wii U and I can still return it.

I accidently opened the Health and Safety application just for the lols and stumbled upon the following error:
Error Code: 160-0103 (Freeze and "Blackscreen with white text)

I updated the Console and also did a factory reset.

I am planning to install tiramisu but now I'm worried that it won't work because you need the app and maybe the system is corrupted.
My friend has a Wii U with Tiramisu installed and he tried to launch it without a SD to reproduce it, but its not the same error.
I dont have a SD Ready ( I ordererd one) so I cant yet try the install process.

Someone stumbled upon this problem before?

You can run the nandDumper Payload throug the browser exploit and watch out for retrys on the mlc. Keep an eye on it, because it will reboot, when it finished.
You can then either extract the logs from the backup or copy them directy from the console with ftpiiu and search for ERROR in them, this will give us some idea.
You can also run mdinfo or the new WiiUIdent to show eMMC information. But for that you need aroma or tiramisu. But you can also run aroma or tiramsu through the browser exploit, so you don't need to modify the console yet.
