Hacking Error Code 002-0102, Have I been banned?

Ok so if it matters I can now get online with private headers (possibly public also?) and a downloaded rom. I see it's common to be unbanned so just reporting.

So it looks like nearly everyone is getting unbanned. It appears that zannabianca is still banned based on her comments in the other thread. I wonder if they're unbanning everyone or not.

Its easy to know if you are actually banned or not. First connect to your wifi then open browser and browse any website, if you can access any website thats mean your 3ds and internet is connected, now open your friend list IF you cant access your friend list its mean maybe you are banned. If you can still access you friend list thats mean no ban.

Come on, I'm not dumb...Internet browser works, friend list not, games not. It's definitely not a problem with my internet connection. Screenshot should be clear, its error code 022-0102 "Cannot access online services."

Edit: Maybe its interesting to say that I'm on a New 3DS XL. Since you have the chance to give it back for 14 days after buying (in Germany), I could just send it back and order a new one..would be only temporary, but at least an idea for me.

mmmmmm u would risk that they will refuse it, arging your console is banned for illlicit use....but its a good test

im using Sky3ds.

Im using a public header generated from the gateway rom patcher and created my own template file just for the games I am using and replace the standard "Sky Headers" with my public one.

Unfortunately I have no idea how to change headers and that stuff. But it seems like I have to learn how to do that if I want continue to use Sky3DS...

Normally I would hate Nintendo for that, but I can fully understand them ^^

Just hoping that some smart heads will find a solution to bypass that bans.

obviously....we need a punish for steal ....internet ban in this console , its a cheap price for me
