Error 801-1000 on Miitomo

So I was fiddling around with my Nintendo Account when I switched the account's country from Japan to UK. I then launched Miitomo only to be greeted by an error 801-1000 on Miitomo. I thought that this would be resolved if I just changed the country settings on my Nintendo Account back to Japan, but nope. Still getting the error. Any help on how I can fix this or who I can contact (Nintendo UK or Japan) to do so?

Are you using an iPhone with jailbreak? If you do, and you have localiapstore installed, just go to Settings and turn localiapstore off, then restart your device and Miitomo will work
