Homebrew Error 002-0119

Greetings. I just came to get my Arceus Code for Pokemon ORAS. However I then get this pesky error. I updated (as I was told could be done without issue in another thread). And it says it is already updated, so then I try again and, voila, error again -_-

I'm on arm9loaderhax. So what do I have to do, to get rid of this pest that gets between me and God? Thanks in advance.

Download and run the Luma Updater .CIA
Then select "Install latest hourly".

Just in case, how will this conflict with arm9hax? I mean installing cia and roms will be still the same deal? No internet risk either?

Question I find many files here such as:

.gtignore
index.lua
LICENSE
README.ma
update.cfg

I find no .cia file. Si basically what do I do with those files?
