I tried installing fire emblem echoes from hshop, with FBI, but close to the middle of the download, an HTTPS error occurred. Afterward I closed FBI and an error occurred:

This happened even though the SD card was still inserted. Now whenever I boot the 3DS up, splash screens, and homemenu themes remain installed, however, all 3DS games have vanished... Only DSiWare games remain. I am thinking of reformating the SD card, but whenever I insert it into a computer, it doesn't show up, even though it does show up on the 3DS. What is the cause of this error, how can I get my games back? How to prevent in the future?
