Hacking Enabling PS3 Han Sometimes Corrupt DLC

Been having this problem since day one. It's getting annoying now and I have to know why enabling han will sometimes corrupt my DLC.
If the problem can't be solved then I guess I will delete my game I just backed up recently. (Still have it on disc though)
