Homebrew EMUNand eShop Update

Hello. I have EMUNand RX-E 10.5.0-30U which boots automatically from RXTools (With a SYSNand of 9.2). I was trying to play a Super Smash Bros. backup for the first time in an O3DSXL (I have a physical copy of the game which I play in a virgin N3DSXL) since I want to play the game with my brother.

The thing is, when I try to boot up the game it asks me for an update from the eShop, fine, but then from EMUNAND I load the eShop and asks me for a System Update. Is it safe to update from the eShop even if you are playing from EMUnand?

You have to update your emuNAND to 10.6 firmware. I don't think you can do that with the eShop, but I'm not entirely sure how emuNANDs work, so don't quote me on that.

You should always update your emuNAND from the System Settings.

Never update from the eShop, some people have reported that it updates sysNAND.
