Hacking Emulators on 3ds

I've been hearing about cards that can add emulators. Are there any ones that can add GB, GBA, or even ds emulators? Any specific cards to get?

There is nothing specific that takes uses of the 3DS hardware, but it uses the DS mode to do about all of this.

Also all of the cards natively support DS, but can't do 3DS games.

DSTWO has an onboard processor that helps emulation. But nothing to do with 3DS games.

I know it could be a silly question, but there are some 3ds roms in the internet how they(hackers) manage to put them and they tested this roms ?

They dump them into the pc via cards and complicated stuff

IIRC NES, SNES, GBC, GB, GBA and I think some sega? I don't really remember.

Yes, Sega Game gear, Master System, and Mega Drive (although with some screen size issues)
