Emulating PlayStation 2 with PCSX2

    @ShineroDark if it's possible to go into your BIOS and disable any dynamic performance settings, (set the CPU at full speed at all times - I sincerely doubt that your peak speed is 800mhz) then you might be able to play some games at native resolution and low quality sound settings. I did provide links to information about configuration for low-end PC's in the original post.

    Hmm... If this thread gets updated, you should state instead of saying how you can't help them because of forum rules, you could show them how to dump their own ps2 bios unto a USB stick. That shouldn't be against forum rules. I'll provide a link to the bios dumper if it's allowed. Please quote my response or pm me if you can add that link.

    I don't fully understand the forum rules, but would it be easier just to say go and google it? And by that I mean google PS2 bios. Then you don't have to bother with your PS2 and just get em off the net. Once again I hope that didn't break any rules.

    BIOS dumpers are fine, since they're homebrew.
