Hacking Eigokoro Kyoushitsu DS Freezes on AKAIO 1.7

I have downloaded the game Eigokoro Kyoushitsu DS for my Acekard 2i with AKAIO 1.7, but the game don't works, the game freezes in color selection button. Any patch?

Can you make a patch for the game?
