Homebrew Editing the friend list message with Tubehax ?

Is it possible to edit the "personal message" of the friend list and the favorite game title with the Tubehax exploit ? (my sysnand : above 9.2)

In my particular case, I would be very interested on an extdata (or something alternative) Mii's editor. Because my principal Mii is totally blocked to edit!

It does. You'll need a hex editor to actually see inside though.

Use extdata_dump, it dumps a whole bunch of files, rather than only SaveData.dat.
