Hacking Easiest way to partition a SD card?

I'm try to partition my 8GB SDHC card one very small partition for homebrew, and the rest for WBFS. What's the easiest way to go about doing this?

You could probablly create your partitions using the Disk Management Utility in Windows, and then after formatting all of them to FAT32... Use WBFS manager and again format the partition to WBFS.. Thats what I did and it was easy..
