According to the creator of the mother1/2 fan translation, the official script is kind of bad, assuming that Nintendo didn't reworked the Earthbound Zero script before the official release. Not sure whether I should play this or the mother 1 fan translation on the GBA.

It looks like it's the translation from the original prototype cartridge, I'm pretty sure the text is exact.
I still feel lightheaded from freaking out about the announcement, I was so happy about it and actually missed some details about it, like the fact that it was being released on Wii U VC only.

Pretty sure it's already been dumped from the original prototype English version of this game.
The only differences this one would have would be the title screen, which will say "EARTHBOUND BEGINNINGS" instead of "EARTH BOUND"

There was an offical one that was never released, you can find dumps of the prototype cart online.

Yep! It's also a little bit different than the Japanese version.
