The goal is to make a translation patch that will work on the console, so don't worry and just be patient, people are working on it.

Currently, Quantico is working on the translation patch and is trying to fix the problem which make the game crash. (though, he need help from any other hacker).
When it will work, he will certainly report it

Sadly, pretty much this. Work + other work related projects keep me rather busy in my free time.

I still havent gotten the game running with changes. However I tried Riivolution with my original disc and that worked perfectly with the translation.

As for the translation, it has progressed... however especially the history things consume a lot of time since some of them are so unknown. It almost takes detective work to figure out some of them.

That's great news you got it to work with Riivolution

ill definitely have to pick it up.

Keep up the good work

I was wondering about this, so Quantico is doing this now.

Best of luck!
:D
I sent him a PM about it but never got a response. I know that doombringer doesn't like to share his work (just show it off), but I had hoped Quantico would be different. :(

Well, his profile said he hasn't been on since September. I hope nothing happened to him.

He wont release anything anyway. He never does. Only really really basic stuff pretty much everyone have already figured out how to do themselves. (ex. swapping textures in a game, after a guide has already been posted by someone else.. yea..)

He talked about Quantico who hasn't been online since September.
He made an editor and started translating the game but didn't have a lot of time to work on it.

Though, releasing his game script editor would have been a great start if he couldn't continue the translation.
(even better, prog and source, so other developers could continue his work).

Maybe someday he will remember this forum and come back.
