Wow thats pretty perfect.

Getting a alternative for the ppf patch was already on my todo list (just at the very end). Obvioulsy nobody would want to manually patch and reinsert 20-30+ files, that would be simply insane.

That tool should save quite some time which is awesome.

looking forward to see how this pans out

thanks for the hard work to those involved

Well its still getting worked on!

Translator and me are kinda short on time so it drags along and takes longer than I wanted it to. I finished my tools for ffx/pac files last weekend. Currently I try to mess with pictures. I know how the file format works but I still have to get my edited pictures back into the game without them causing weird side effects. Hopefully I will manage to fix that sooner or later.

Translation has made some progress but time and not having completed the game (so its sometimes hard to get the context) doesnt make it much easier.

Seems images are working now (in this case, the text is stored as images as well).

Translation is going a little slower than I expected to, oh well ...

Agreed, thank you so much for your work so far. I have been getting by with my own scribbled menu translations. It would be nice to see translations in the game itself!

The objective is to make a patch which work everywhere (dolphin, USBloaders, possibly Riivolution?).

The previous released patch didn't work fully on Wii except for the patch author. (I don't know why).
Hopefully, The current tools allows pointer re-writting dynamically, though he is working on it alone.

@Quantico:
Some overall progress report would be great, like per file completion, etc.
Even posting some pictures (if you have an USBgecko, you can now take in-game screenshot with USBloaderGX).
Maybe you could create your new topic with a progress-updated first post.

that looks so damn good!

@quantico... what happened to doombringer? are you working alone now?
