Not necessarily. The deal is more then likely just for Star Wars games and nothing else. If I recall correctly, Capcom is remaking and publishing Duck Tales and that is a Disney brand.

"Doesn't work" or "halted during testing" is nothing but a euphemism for "We don't like anyone who isn't Microsoft". Which is weird considering the engine supposedly works on the Xbox 360.
