I don't know what the protocol is for linking to other sites (or just copypasting them), but ONM-UK has revealed the first snippets of info about E-shop lineup differences.

Japan is fully announced as-
Virtual Console
Mega Man in Dr. Wily's Revenge (Capcom, Game Boy, 400 yen)
Kirby's Dream Land (Nintendo, Game Boy, 400 yen)
Baseball (Nintendo, Game Boy, 300 yen)
Phantasm (Jaleco, Game Boy, 400 yen)
Downtown Special Kunio-kun no Jidaigeki Dayo Zenin Shuugou! (Arc, Game Boy, 400 yen)
Super Mario Land (Nintendo, Game Boy, 400 yen)

3D Classics
Xevious (Nintendo, 600 yen)
Excitebike (Nintendo, 600 yen, free until July 31)

Original Games
Mystery P.I Kieta Film (G Mode, 600 yen)
3D Block Kuzushi (Silverstar Japan, 500 yen)

But us US-EU types are being kept in the dark except...
Excitebike 3D- free to UK-US users until July 7
Pokedex 3D- Free

Virtual Console UK
Super Mario Land
Alleyway
Tennis

US users get Radar Mission instead of tennis. Don't know why.

I guess it can't be long until we see prices, and find out why Links Awakening isn't on there

Edit- 400 yen is £3 or $4.90, which is pretty decent (I bet we get charged £6)

Dutch (Holland / The Netherlands) users can also free download Excitebike 3D until july 7th. (Readable at www.nintendo.nl (Dutch)

Wii shop prices in Japan are all the same points-wise except Megadrive titles. 1000 Nintendo points is 1000 yen (£7- the RRP of 1000 in the uk)

Thinking about it, if NES games on Wii VC are less than £5, would Ninty really charge us the same or more for a Gameboy title?!

Wait... were is Legend of Zelda in the 3D Enhanced classics????

...

..... NINTENDOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

.. man, I was waiting for the E-shop just to get this. Bummer! =/

Whaaaaaaaat?! Why not longer?!
Whoops, misread months. That's a healthy month's worth.

I think *hope* that once you have it, it's yours- with the ability to switch off internet access, how would they stop you using it?

Why should they do that?

I don't see a reason why they would delete a game that you got for free. It's not like the 3D video which only showcases the 3D abilities. The game's worth keeping.

New content is added to Nintendo eShop every Thursday.
That's from the EU blog post from Nintendo.

So we may only have to wait 2 days for zeldo.
