Gaming Dvd ripper

So my dad has like tons of DVDs and he wants to rip them and sell the physicals. Whats a good program to rip the DVD into a watchable movie file. I think he prefers .avi, but it doesn't matter.

Even ripping them is technically illegal (because it illegally breaks the DVD's encryption), but ripping them, then selling the original...

Depends what you're playing back on...
I would recommend dvdfab to decrypt and Autogk to encode(custom size) in avi.
But you can keep full quality with Mpeg streamclip if you playback on A big usb harddrive and a wii...
