Hacking DVD Read error(342)

Well i have been using my backup loader for a while, but recently i have been getting a dvd read error 324
how can i fix this?

btw all my bought games for fine its just my burned games

Are the not working discs DVD+R while the working ones are DVD-R?

I only use DVD-R and they are the ones that are not working. The discs that are working are the store bought discs. I have never tried DVD+R
