@alexander1970
Can you try this test version and tell me if it works?
If it doesn't work please run it from cmd and send the error log.
Thanks!

To everyone else: This is just a test version, please wait for official releases.

Yes that works !! :yay:

Why not just make a Wii U harddrive filesystem for Windows that we can install? That would be much more convenient.
You mean something like fuse on linux?
I am actually working on something like that for windows.
This is way more user friendly though. Not everyone knows where their titles are located or what title ID is which title.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Version 1.0.1 is out!
https://github.com/GaryOderNichts/DumpsterU/releases/tag/v1.0.1
This fixes a possible crash on startup that may happen to some Windows users.
Ubuntu build is unchanged, still updating it though to keep versions synced.

@GaryOderNichts
The new version works wonderfully thanks for your work. ^_^
Is Wup Installer GX2 the future for the WII U or Loadiine GX2?
I recommend using WUP Installer instead if Loadiine.
Loadiine has very slow loading speeds, only supports SD Cards, no network access, etc.
If you use WUP Installers the tile gets installed normally like you bought it from the eshop and when dumped from disk doesn't even need CFW. You can still downloads updates and DLC's from the eShop for a WUP installed title.

Okay then I will completely switch to Wup Installer GX2

Really great to see advancements in the Wii U homebrew scene. :grog: As someone has mentioned, a natural extension of this great app would be a way to restore/add content to the hard disk. Probably not that easy to do since the ticket needs to be installed to the NAND, not the HD. But I can dream. Eliminating the need to use the slow SD card for game installation would be a major improvement.

As you already said you can't install tickets to the harddrive.
Another problem is that wfslib currently doesn't support creating new files in the filesystem. I'm looking into this though and maybe it is possible in the future ;)
