I just purchased the LE Zelda 3DS for my girlfriend. Am looking to get as many Zelda games on it as I can.

Legend of Zelda, Adventure of Link (NES)
Link's Awakening (GB)
A Link to the Past (SNES)
Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages (GBC)
Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks (NDS)
The Minish Cap and Four Swords (GBA)

What I'm wondering is....which one would be better for this?
If anyone can let me know what the pros and cons are, from their own experience.
It would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

R4i works with NES/GB/GBC/NDS (some SNES/GBA, slow and only certain games work, some of the emulators are thankfully still in development GBAEMU4DS and lolsnes). However if you want emulation, than the DStwo is worth wile as it has great emulation of both SNES, and GBA. And for Long Term support, DSTwo will serve well, R4 Clones usually drop support after a few 3DS Firmware updates.
Personally I would recommend the Supercard, especially for the 3DS.
