my little bro has a problem with the dstt. sometimes when he turns it on it freezes and he has to like turn it off and on for like 3 times so it can work, he's getting frustrated and wants it fixed can someone help?
There's nothing you can do software-wise to fix a hardware problem.
Some people have had success placing paper or cardboard behind the cart to help it make contact, but that really isn't a very good solution. Some have had success bending the cart or shaving the plastic "teeth" between the contacts, but that has a good chance of breaking the flash cart and isn't always permanent.
Your brother's best bet would be to exchange it for a new cart. While you're at it, check this page and see if the cart is real or fake (if it's fake make sure you exchange it for a real one): http://www.ndstt.com/en/anti_fake.html
