I got a dstt today and a integral 2gb card.I loaded the dstt startup pack, unzipped, as well as a backed up rom. When I insert the sd into the dstt and switch the ds lite on it gives me the main menu (pictochat,ds download play) and no ds card inserted. If I remove the sd card from the dstt then I get a white screen with a blue no card icon.Am I doing something wrong or is the dstt card broken?

No, if you forget to remove the "eng" folder, you should get a "No Menu?" icon. It sounds to me like the DSTT might be broken.

Just to be sure, reformat your microSD card using the Panasonic formatter. Then leave the microSD card empty, and use the "safely remove hardware" utility before removing the microSD card from your PC. Insert the empty microSD card into the DSTT which is your NDS and turn on your NDS. Do you get a "Menu?" icon? If not, your DSTT is probably broken.
