Hacking dstt cheats?

i have downloaded the latest cheats from http://cheats.gbatemp.net/ and i want to add a couple of cheats and take some out but i try opening it in the cheat editor and it wont work. where can i make it work?

k, thanks. but is there somewhere where i can delete the game cheats that i dont need? and i want to add a cheat to a specific game that i allready have some cheats to
