Hacking DSMPlay doubt

I got a doubt about DSMPlay. Can I play .DPG videos or it can only be played .DSM files? Thank you, and excuse me for my English.

can any one get this app to work i have M3 Simply and it doesnt load well it does but it will take about 3 weeks to load the bar goes up so damn slow same with image viewer all other apps and games seem to work fine.

I tried to encode some avi and wmv videos and it says it cannot detect the audio stream. Something wrong with the encoder or can it just not convert from those formats?
