Is there a posibility that there would ever be a hack for the DSLite to make it a DSi? I know you won't have a camera or extra features but it would save money!

yes, but this is what u would need, Super fast GBA ram card with a camara like the old GBC cam, 2 plastic thing to make the screen bigger looking, Dsi Firmware and but most important piece is a large hammer to bonk your self on the head a few time with for ask the question, theres no one here that even fully understand the DSi yet, ask in a year or 2.

A DSi has many other differences from the DSL.... example the SD card slot. It won't be the same. Cos wouldn't it be still a DSL without the features?

    No just no.

Get over the gba slot already ... if you bought it you knew that it doesn't have one.

Yes, but contrary to your previous statement above, a hack will in fact add two cameras to your DSL, and not only that, it will also double the CPU, quadruple the RAM, increase the screen size, remove your GBA slot and add an SD slot! [IMG] The hack is great.

Good lord, are you serious? You think a hack can alter the hardware inside the Lite and give you more processing power and increase the amount of RAM? [IMG]

I tried the same thing with my car, a guy on the internets said it is not possible to hack my 1977 Pontiac Catalina Grand Safari to turn it into a 2009 Subaru WRX265 sedan.

I thought all it would take is a quick firmware mod or something but turns out not so lucky. Guess we'll have to wait for a new exploit for the 1977 Pontiac's. Here's to hoping! [IMG]
