If we do the dsiwarehax with a dsiware came from the tikshop,
does the transfer work and transfer the dsiware ?

No it has to be bought from the eshop.

it has to be signed from the eshop other wise it will not transfer,if this was a usable method I'm sure this would be in the guide

because if it's from tikshop it's not signed by nintendo if it's from the eshop and you bought it, it would be signed and that would mean it would transfer

I installed the tikshop in my 3DS and the game SUDOKU from the tikshop.
There is a way to uninstall tikshop, uninstall SUDOKU and buy it ?

You can forge DSi tickets yourself and there's a mega pack containing almost all DSi TMD files.
The only thing you need to provide yourself is the .app file.

So yes, you can download DSi ware from tikshop/freeshop/eshop and inject it into your DSi NAND if you have a hardmod.
