ROM Hack DSi Unlauncher issue (1.7)

When I boot up my DSi It gives me a Unlaucher error CLUSTER TO LARGE I did all the steps uninstalled unlaunch and eta but nothing seems to fix
I have this issue after installing HiyaCWF Helper(3.1 and was wondering if any of yall could help me.
I'm currently at school so I cannot provide pictures or videos of what I have on the SD card (8.0gb) or what it shows exactly on the DSi.
(NOTE: when the DSi is loaded up without the SD card Unlaunch works completely fine!)

I have the same problem! first it the clusters were too big... i formattet my sd and copyed the files on it again. now its too small???? help mee 2 pls!

Hello.

Your SD Card(s) are formatted with FAT32 ?

Recommenation is also to Update to Unlaunch Version 1.8 please.

Reformatting SD/SDHC cards isn't recommended, or it should be done only with dedicated SD card formatting tools (that maintain cluster size matched to physical sector size). However, reformatting SDXC cards may help to get rid of the weird ExFAT format.

Please use the SD Formatter tool.

yes they are both (i now have 2 ) FR to fat32.
